摘要
以浙春3号大豆为研究材料,设置了6个硫酸镁处理浓度,研究了不同质量浓度的硫酸镁溶液浸种对大豆种子萌发的影响。结果表明,硫酸镁浸种提高了大豆种子的发芽率、发芽势、大豆单株的鲜重、发芽指数和活力指数,降低了电导率,尤其以ρ(Mg^(2+))=10.00 mg/L的硫酸镁溶液浸种效果最好。
The study dealt with effects of magnesium (Mg) on germination of soybean (Clycine max (L. ) Merrill) seed with different Mg supplementation (ρ(Mg2+) = 0. 00, 0. 01,0. 10,1.00,10.00, 100. 00 mg/L) in Zhechun No. 3 soybean. The results showed that Mg soaking exhibited the increasing of germination rate,germination power,fresh weight of sing plant,germination index and vigor index; and decreasing of conductivity. The effect of soaking of middling concentration (ρ( Mg2+ ) =10.00 mg/L) on germination of soybean seedling was the best among soakings of various concentration.
