摘要
管道穿越楼面屋面预埋刚性防水套管,能有效预防楼板渗漏水,在建筑给排水工程中普遍采用。但从价值工程角度考虑,刚性防水套管制安成本过高,价值系数偏低,要求另找既能防水又能降低造价的途径。通过对规范的分析、对套管防水机理的研究,认为设置防水套管要进行技术、经济比较,不同部位要区分对待,并提出了穿越楼面的处理办法。
In architectural projects,conduits through floors and roofings can have a satisfactory waterproof effect if steel water-proof cannulas are preinstalled. Economically, however,it costs too much for the production and installation. And it is necessary to find an alternative to get a good water-proof effect while cutting down expenses. This thesis,by analyses of engineering examples,proved that tech-nical-and-economic contrasts are necessary in the setting of waterproof cannulas, and that different ways should be adopted to different parts of construction.
