摘要
本文对抚顺、茂名颗粒页岩的燃烧动力学进行了研究。实验数据表明,颗粒页岩的恒速升温燃烧及快速升温后的等温段燃烧均符合不变粒径的缩核反应,即包括气膜层外扩散、灰分层内扩散及化学反应动力学三项阻力同时存在的燃烧动力学模型。在Universe-68计算机上,用改进的Simplex优化法及Simplex-Runge-Kutta法,以燃烧时间的实测值与计算值的偏差最小作为最佳目标,分别求解了上述两种页岩在两种燃烧条件下的各项动力学参数,实测值与理论值吻合较好。作者用总包一级反应模型对快速升温实验的快速升温段燃烧实验数据进行处理,得到较为满意的结果。
The combustion kinetics of Fushun and Maoming oil shale particle has been studied. The shrinking core reaction model with particle size unchanged has been verified. Two combustion kinetic models involving the resistance of gas film diffusion, ash layer diffusion and chemical reaction havebeen thereby deduced theoretically.The combustion kinetic parameters of shale were obtained by means of modified simplex optimization method and simplex optimization-Runge-Kutta method for the constant temperature combustion and constant heating rate combustion. The measured values of combustion times were in good agreement with the calculated ones.Satisfactory results were obtained by using the frist order reaction model to treat the various parts of experimental data with different conversion levels obtained from the fast heating rate range in the high heating rate combustion experiments.
