大鼠牙胚成釉细胞中波形蛋白的免疫组化研究

摘要 目的 观察和研究波形蛋白在大鼠牙胚成釉细胞中的分布状况 ,探讨其在牙釉质形成中的作用。方法 取生后 1,3,6 ,9d大鼠下颌切牙牙胚 ,用免疫组织化学方法显示其成釉细胞中的波形蛋白 ,并进行观察。结果 在 1,3,6d的标本的成釉细胞中有不同程度的波形蛋白的阳性反应产物沉积。结论 在成釉细胞分泌形成牙釉质的过程中 ,有波形蛋白的存在 ,它们与成釉细胞的分化和牙釉质基质的形成相关。 ? Objective To observe the distribution of the vimentin filament in ameloblasts of rat tooth germs and its possible function in enamel development.Method 1-, 3-, 6-, and 9-day-old rats were used. The sections of incisor germs were stained with immunohistochemical technique. Result Positive reactions at different levels were seen various in 1-, 3-, and 6-day-old specimens.Conclusion There were vimentin filaments during the development of ameloblasts. They may be related to the differentiation of ameloblasts and the formation of the enamel matrix. 〔
