实验性铅中毒对大鼠海马p75基因表达的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的 探讨铅对海马 p75基因表达的影响。方法 采用RT PCR方法 ,半定量分析铅对大鼠海马组织NGFmRNA表达的变化。以地高辛标记的p75cDNA为探针 ,采用原位杂交方法观察铅对大鼠海马 p75mRNA表达的影响。结果 与对照组相比 ,大鼠以 1%醋酸铅经口染毒 8周 ,海马组织 p75mRNA的表达量明显下降 (P <0 0 1)。结论 铅可影响海马 p75基因的表达。 ? Objective To study the effect of lead exposure on the expression of p75 gene in the hippocampus. Method Using the reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) method as a semiquantitative assay, the mRNA expression levels of NGF in the hippocampus of lead-poisoned ratswere investigated.Digoxigenin-labeled p75 cDNA was used as a probe of in situ hybridization to observe the expression of p75 mRNA in the hippocampus of these rats. Result Compared with that of the control group, the expression level of p75 mRNA in the hippocampus of rats fed with lead for 8weeks was significantly decreased. Conclusion The expression of p75 gene in the hippocampus can be affected by lead. 〔
