摘要
为避免多自由度管路系统中气流脉动引起共振,提出一种解决气流压力脉动振动消减的网状几何模型及网状算法.将由该算法设计的软件系统用于实际工程管路系统振动分析,证明其计算结果与实测结果吻合很好.此算法对于石油、化工与电力等行业的管路系统设计或用于老厂挖潜改造管路系统设计都具有一定的理论和实用价值.
In order to avoid resonance in the airflow pulsation of multidegreeoffreedom piping system, a mesh geometric model and a mesh eliminationreduction algorithm for airflow pressure pulsation fluctuation is proposed based on the theories of wavelet analysis, of applied mathematics, of fluid mechanics and of solid mechanics. The software system based on this algorithm is being applied in the fluctuation analysis of piping systems, it is found that its calculation data coincide with the experimental results very well. Therefore, it has both theoretical and practical values in designing the new piping system or rebuilding the old piping system in petroleum, chemical and electric power industries.
