摘要
并励与他励直流电机具有良好的工作特性与运行性能 ,因而广泛应用于实验室和工厂的精密机床上。为了使电机得到更好的运行 ,必须在速度与转矩变化范围较大的情况下 ,实验测定电机输入与输出功率之间的关系。本文论述了测定电机该关系的具体方法与步骤。采用这些方法与步骤 ,所测量的数据准确可靠 ,完全能满足工程上实际应用的需要。
With good characteristics and performance,the shunt or separately excited dc motor is widely used in the laboratory and on the precision machine tool in factory.For better application,the relationship between input and output power over a wide range of speed and torque conditions must be experimentally determined.This article discusses the method and steps to determine the relationship in detail.The accurate and reliable data measured by adopting this method and the procedure will completely meet the practical usage in engineering.
