摘要
以 4-甲基苯酚和异丁烯为原料 ,以浓硫酸为催化剂 ,选择性合成 2 -叔丁基 -4-甲基苯酚 ,考察了反应温度、反应时间和催化剂用量等因素对合成 2 -叔丁基 -4-甲基苯酚转化率和选择性的影响。结果表明 ,在反应温度 75℃ ,催化剂用量 4%,反应时间 45min时 ,2 -叔丁基 -4-甲基苯酚合成转化率达 98.3 %,产物收率为 91 .5 %,产物选择性为 93 .7%。
The 2- tert -butyl-4-methyl phenol was synthesized with 4-methyl phenol and isobutylene as materials and concentrated sulfuric acid as catalyst.The effects of reaction temperature,time and catalyst on the convesion and selectivity were investigated.The results showed that when the reaction temperature was 75 ℃,catalyst content was 5%,and reaction time was 45 min,the yield of 2- tert -butyl-4-methylphenol was 91.5%,the conversion was 98.3% and the selectivity was 93.7%.
