摘要
采用X射线荧光光谱法取代原有的化学法 ,分析了高岭土中的 9种主次量元素。通过对测定条件的选择以及样品制备等方面的考察 ,制定出最佳分析方案。分析结果表明 ,该方法准确、可靠 ,分析周期由原来的 6h缩短为 1 0min。
The contents of nine primary and secondary elements in kaolin were determined by XRF.The optimum analysis plan was found out by selecting conditions and sample preparation.The results showed that the method was pricise and reliable.The analysis period decreased from 6 h to 10 min.
