摘要
以山梨糖醇与苯甲醛和对甲基苯甲醛组成的混合醛为原料 ,制备非对称型二亚苄基山梨糖醇及其同系衍生物成核剂。在苯甲醛与对甲基苯甲醛掺混比例为 1 /9~ 3 /7时 ,制得的非对称型二亚苄基山梨糖醇成核剂与Me-DBS相比较 ,产物反应收率达到 98%,制品熔点下降 2~ 1 4℃ ,气味减弱 ,加工性能得到改善。添加量为 0 .2 %~ 0 .3 %时 ,制得的透明PP片材 ,透光率在 80 %左右。
Diastereoisomeric dibenzylidene sorbitol and its derivates nucleating aqent were synthesized with sorbitol and the mixture of benzaldehyde and p -methyl benzaldehyde as materials.When the mass ratio of benzaldehyde to p -methyl benzaldehyde as materials.When the mass ratio of benzaldehyde to p -methyl benzaldehyde was 1/9 to 3/7,the product had the yield 98%,the melting point decreased 2~14 ℃,the ordour was weakened and the processability was improved as compared with those of Me-DBS.The polypropylene had the transparency about 80% by adding 0.2%~0.3% of nucleating agent.
