Lateral's femoral anterior dissociative skin flap rehabilitate the extensive defect soft tissue of foot

目的 :应用股前外侧游离皮瓣修复足部大面积软组织缺损。方法 :对我院用此术式治疗的 30例患者进行回访 ,对皮瓣的功能和外形进行评价。结果 :本组病人经长期负重行走 ,皮瓣具有抗压、耐磨和粗感觉功能 ,外形满意。结论 :此术式具有操作简单 ,供区隐蔽等特点 。

Objective: Apply with lateral’s femoral anterior dissociative skin flap rehabilitate the foot’s defect of extensive soft tissue . Method: Pay a return visit to 30 patients by the method in our hospital and appraised to the function of skin flap and it’s shape. Result: The skin flap of this group who walked weight-carrying in long term had the function of resisting-pressure wearable ,protopathic sensibility,satisfied shape . Conclusion: The character of this operation is operating simply , covert donor site. Satisfy the need of rehabilitated extensive defect soft tissue.
