泻必康解痉镇痛作用的实验研究

The experimental study of Xiebikang(XBK) on the function of eliminating pain and relieving spasm

目的 :初步探讨泻必康对小鼠解痉镇痛作用的影响。方法 :以参苓白术散为阳性对照组 ,采用小鼠腹腔注射醋酸的方法 ,观察小鼠的扭体次数。采用乙酰胆碱和氯化钡引起家兔离体肠管痉挛的方法 ,观察泻必康对家兔离体肠管痉挛的拮抗作用 ,结果与结论 :泻必康可明显减少小鼠的扭体次数 ,对家兔离体肠管痉挛性收缩有明显的拮抗作用 。

Objective:To discuss the effect of Xiebikang(XBK) on eliminating pain in mice and relieving spasm in rabbits.Methods:Firstly we took the way of abdominal cavity injection of acetic acid, compared with positive group of Shenlingbaizhusan(SLBZS) ,then observed the number of times about twisting body in mice. Secondly in order to observe antagonistic action of Xiebikang(XBK) to spasm, we took the way of causing intestining tube outside of rabbits’ body spasm by using Acetylcholine and Barium chloride.Result and Conclusion: Xiebikang(XBK) has satisfactory function of eliminating pain and relieving spasm.It not only transparently reduce the number of times about twisting body in mice,but also has marked antagonistic action to spasmodic contraction of intestining tube outside of rabbits' body.
