摘要
目的 :探讨高龄患者腹腔镜胆囊切除术的手术适应症。方法 :研究 5 6例高龄患者腹腔镜胆囊切除术的治疗方法。结果 :围手术期处理是高龄患者腹腔镜胆囊切除术的关键。结论 :合理选择适应症 。
Objective: Discuss the suitable criterion of the senile patients operated with LC.Methods: Study the therapeutic method of the senile patients operated with LC.Result: It is the key time that the senile patients are operated with LC before and after operation.Conclusion: If we reasonably chose the suitable criterion,the senile patients are operated safely with LC.
