目的 :总结球囊成形术治疗贲门失驰缓症方法与疗效。方法 :1 8例在X线电视监视下经口腔置入直径 35～ 4 0mm的单球囊或两个直径为 2 0mm双球囊 ,球囊导管置于贲门狭窄处 ,向球囊内注入 2 0 %泛影葡胺 ,使球囊扩张至 35～ 4 0mm ,保持球囊内一定压力 3～ 5min后抽瘪球囊 ,间隔 3～ 5min重复扩张 2～ 3次。结果 :1 8例共扩张 31次 ,8例行一次性扩张 ,1 0例 1周内行 2次扩张 ,均一次性扩张成功 ,无严重并发症。术后随访 6个月～ 4 3个月 ,平均 1 3.4个月。 1 8例球囊成形术后吞咽困难均得到不同程度缓解。结论 :球囊成形术治疗贲门失驰缓症是安全有效的方法 ,可以作为治疗本病的首选方法。

Objective: To summarize the method and effect of treating achalasia of cardiac with the ball bag plastic surgery. Method: For 18 cases with the monitoring of an X-ray television a single ball bag with the diameter of 35～40mm or two ball bags with the diameter of 20mm are put in through the mouth.The duct of the ball bags is put at the narrow place of the cardiac,and 20% meglucamine diatrizoate is injected into the ball bags,making them dilate to 35～40mm in diameter.Keep certain pressure in the bags for 3～5 minutes,then exhaust the bags.Repeat the dilataion for 2～3 times every 3～5 minutes.Result: Totally 31 times of dilation are executed to these 18 patients, in which 8 are dilated once and for all and 10 dilated twice within 1 week.All is successfully without serious complications.After the operation the patients are followed and visited for 6～43 months with the average of 13.4 months.After the ball bag plastic surgery the difficulty of deglutition of all these 18 patients is alleviated to varying degrees. Conclusion: The ball bag plastic surgery for treating the achalasia of cardiac,as a safe and effective way,can be first selected to treat the disease.
