Treatment of concealed epistaxis by microwave under nasal endoscope

目的 :探讨鼻内窥镜下微波治疗隐匿性鼻出血的效果。方法 :在鼻内窥镜直视下行微波组织凝固术治疗隐匿性鼻出血 36例。结果 :治愈 2 8例 (77.8% ) ,好转 5例 (1 3.9% ) ,无效 3例 (8.3% ) ,总有效率为 91 .7% ,无并发症发生。结论 :鼻内窥镜下微波治疗隐匿性鼻出血具有以下优点 :可以发现隐匿性出血灶 ,可以准确地对出血灶进行凝固 ,起效迅速、疗效确切、操作安全、方法简便、术后反应轻 ,避免了前。

Objective: To evaluate the curative effect of the treatment of concealed epistaxis with microwave under nasal endoscope. Method: Thirty-six patients with concealed epistaxis were treated with microwave tissue coagulation under nasal endoscope. Result: In all patients,28 cases(77.8%)were cured,5 cases (13.9%) improved,3 cases (8.3%) unimproved and the total effective rate was 91.7%. No complication happened. Conclusion: This technique has several advantages such as easy discovery and accurate coagulation to the concealed disease location,rapid and definite curative effect,safe and easy operation and light post-operative reactions. The sufferings and complications of the patients with nasal and postnasal packing can be avoided.
