摘要
合成了一种新型的带有双蒽基团的酰胺阴离子受体 B.用荧光光谱、紫外 -可见吸收光谱以及核磁共振氢谱研究了 B与 Cl-,Br-,I-及对硝基酚氧阴离子的相互作用 .结果表明 ,B与 Cl-,Br-,I-等阴离子无识别作用 ,而与对硝基酚氧阴离子有较好的选择性识别能力 ,其络合比为 1∶ 1 .利用荧光发射强度和吸光度的变化分别计算出主体 B与客体相互作用的络合常数 KS分别为 ( 1 .2 4± 0 .0 7)× 1 0 5和 ( 1 .2 7± 0 .1 8)×1 0 5,并对主体分子 B与客体之间的相互作用进行了讨论 .
A novel amide anion receptor B bearing two anthracene substituents was synthesized. The interaction between B and various anions(Cl -, Br -, I -, p-O 2NC 6H 4O -) was studied by fluorescence spectrum, UV-Vis spectrum and 1H NMR. The results demonstrate that B exhibited a more significantly selective recognition for p-O 2NC 6H 4O - than the other anions(Cl -, Br -, I -). B and p-O 2NC 6H 4O - formed 1∶1 complex. The stability constant was calculated by variation in absorbance and fluorescent emission intensity. The mechanism of the interaction between B and p-O 2NC 6H 4O - was preliminarily studied.
