摘要
目的;探讨灯盏花素注射液的最佳配制工艺。方法:采用优化设计的方法筛选最佳配液PH 及抗氧剂 Na_2SO_3用量。结果:筛选出最佳配液 PH 为7.8,抗氧剂 Na_2SO_3用量为0.2%,解决了灭菌前后成品含量下降的问题。结论:本配制工艺稳定可靠。
Object:The optimum formula technology of Injection Breviscapini is studied. Methods:Adopt optimization method to select the appropriate PH and the percentage of antioxygen Na_2SO_3 in the course of making up breviscapini solution.Results:That PH is 7.8,0. 2% consistency of antioxygen Na_2SO_3 is the optimum formula technology for Injection Breviscapini,the formula technology solves this problem that content after sterilization is declined.Conclusion:This formula technology is steady and practical.
