温度对过氧乙酸原液含量的影响

The Temperature Influent the Content of Peracetic Acid Stock Solution

目的:使配制的过氧乙酸能够达到有效的杀菌浓度。方法:把过氧乙酸溶液甲、乙两液按比例混合,放置24—48—72小时,观察不同温度对原液含量的影响。结果:室温在20～28℃时过氧乙酸原液含量比较理想,低于10℃时,不能达到要求浓度。结论:稀释前必须测定原液的有效含量,冬季室温小于10℃时,原液需保存在20℃～25℃环境中。

Object:Use after dispensed peracetic acid,we can reach good sterilized concen tration.Metbod:Mix peracetic acid A and B with defferent percent,leave it along 24—48—72 hours,research the different stock solution influenced by different temperature.Result:When temperature is 20～28 centigrade,the stock solution of peraeetic acid is good.When it below 10 centigrade,we can't reach the concentration level.Conclusion:Before dilution,we must test the content of the stock solution.When room temperature below 10 centigrade,the stock solution should be put in the environment with 20～25 centigrade temperature.
