摘要
流行性出血热(EHF)病毒从被感染的动物尿中排出已被证实。1985年张炳根等从急性期病人尿液细胞中分离到EHFV;陈伯权等用出血热肾病综合征病毒HFRS 25-1McAb检测血、尿中抗原的研究。但到目前为止EHF病人尿中排毒动态观察尚未见文献报道。本文现报告收集临床典型EHF病人不同病程的尿液细胞沉渣观察其排毒期限。
During the 3rd to 9th day after onset of EHF disease, the EHF antigens were detected by RPHA,and 6 strains of EHF virus were isolated from the urine of EHF patients. When these samples of urine were inoculated to Apodemus agrarius from the areas without reported cases of EHF and to Vero-E_6 cells, specific EHF fluorescent granules in lung tissue of mice and Vero-E_6 cells were detected by IFAT The results showed that EHF antigen were detected from urinary sediments in 6 of 10 EFH patients, and these urine were infective. The virus discharge began at the 3rd day and ended at the 9th day after onset of the disease. The amount of virus discharge might be related with the severity of the disease and the injury degree of kidney. It is suggested that the urine excreted by EHF patients is infective and provides a scientific basis for early diagnosis of EHF.
