摘要
经高温处理后,辣椒幼苗光合能力下降,在处理最初,净光合速率的下降以气孔限制因素为主;随着处理时间的延长,非气孔限制成为主要原因。呼吸速率先下降后上升,在处理36 h 后达到一个高峰,随后降低,处理到60 h 呼吸达到非常低的水平。高温处理后,蒸腾速率急剧下降,叶表温度随着处理时间延长而持续上升。试验表明,水分在辣椒抵抗高温伤害方面具有重要意义。
After heat treatment,the net photosynthetic rate(Pn) decreased.The stomatal factor is the main cause of Pn decrease firstly,after treatment for a long time,the non stomatal factors caused the decrease of Pn.The respiratory rate decreased firstly,and increased after 12 h treatment,its peak appeared when it had been treated for 60 h.And the respiratory rate decreased after that,it much less when it reached 60 h.The transpiration rate decreased much more after treated,and the temperature of leaf increased.It indicated that the water is important to the heat resistance of pepper.
