天然营养功能化发展趋向——美国FDA公布2001年度公认安全食品(GRAS)简析

2 0 0 2年 6美国FDA食品添加剂安全办公室 ,公布了自 2 0 0 1年 1月至 12月 ,经企业申报 ,并经审查的公认安全食品 (GRAS)品种 ,共 2 7种 ,本文简要介绍了其主要品种所指定的用途。可以认为 ,美国过去较重视产品的化学成份和纯净度 ,近年来对一些具有促进健康和预防疾病功能的天然提取物和天然原料生物合成产品 ,开始加大了审批力度。这和我国十多年为一贯提倡的“天然营养多功能”的食品添加剂发展方针相吻合。

In the past ,FDA attached importance to chemical composition and fineness of products ,but in recent years they payed attention to the natural extracts and biosynthetic products which is good for health and is fuctional for preventing disease FDA published twenty-seven safety food (GRAS) varieties declared by producers in 2001 This paper introduced their guiding ideology which is similar to the Natural,Nutrient and Functional policy that having been consistented for over ten years in our country
