二十八烷醇抗大鼠心肌线粒体损伤的研究 被引量:11

摘要 目的 采用乳化二十八烷醇饲育Wistar大鼠 ,研究二十八烷醇对力竭运动大鼠心肌线粒体脂质过氧化、抗氧化系统及Ca2 + 浓度的影响。方法 Wistar大鼠随机分成三组 ,即 :安静对照组、运动力竭组、运动力竭加二十八烷醇组 ,每组 12只 ,实验期 3W ,建立力竭运动模型 ,测定心肌线粒体中丙二醛 (MDA)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH -Px)和超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)活性、Ca2 + 浓度。结果 二十八烷醇能够 :降低力竭运动大鼠心肌线粒体中MDA的含量 (P <0 0 5 ) ;提高力竭运动大鼠心肌线粒体SOD和GSH -Px的活性 (P <0 0 1,P <0 0 5 ) ;保持力竭运动大鼠心肌线粒体Ca2 + 浓度。结论 二十八烷醇可减少力竭运动后因脂质过氧化而产生过多的自由基 ,降低自由基对心肌线粒体的损伤 ,维持细胞膜的功能 ,说明二十八烷醇有保护心肌线粒体的功能和防止心肌损伤的作用。 Objection Emulsified octacosanol was used to feed rats for three weeks The effect of octacosanol on the lipid peroxidation level, superoxide dismutase(SOD) activities, glutathione(GSH-Px) content and free calcium concentration in the myocardial mitochondria of rats were investigated after exhaustive swimming Mothed Wistar rats were divided randomly into three group, namely, control group, exhaustive exercise group and octacosanol group After three weeks, rats were forced to swimming to induce exhaustion MDA content, Ca 2+ concentration, SOD and GSH-Px activity were measured Results Showed that octacosanol supplement decreased the lipid peroxidation level, increased SOD and GSH-Px activities and free calcium concentration significantly in the myocardial mitochondria of rats after exhaustive exercise Conclusion These finding indicated that octacosanol could decreased free radicals, and thus protect the damage of myocardial mitochondria from function of the myocardial mitochondria
