摘要
针对当前面粉中过氧化苯甲酰含量超标现象 ,阐述了稀释过氧化苯甲酰生产方法以及其作为面粉增白剂的作用机理 ,对影响稀释过氧化苯甲酰增白效果的原因和面粉中过氧化苯甲酰超标的原因进行初步的分析 ,并提出了正确使用面粉增白剂的方法 ,为企业正确使用面粉增白剂提供依据和参考。
Currently the amount of bebzoyl peroxide present in flour is far over the standard in order to solve this problem, In this paper the production of benzoyl peroxide and brightening mechanism of benzoyl peroxide was discussed Some factors that influence on the effect of benzoyl peroxide and the reason lead to over use of benzoyl peroxide were analyzed and we also take some advice for the proper use of benzoyl peroxide
