This article on the basis of the varieties and characters of the plant spices, introduced the effects including antiseptic and antibiotic action, rendering aroma and flavoring, antioxidation and medical action Some personal experiences and suggestions were advanced on the exploitation of spice plant resource, in order to offer some new views on the utilizing natural plant spices in food industries
