食品添加剂三氯蔗糖的含量测定

Determination of Contents of Sucralose in Food Additive

采用高效液相色谱法 ,RadPakC18色谱柱 ,以乙腈 +水 =15 +85为流动相 ,示差折光仪为检测器 ,外标法进行定量分析 ,测定三氯蔗糖含量 ,所得结果良好 ,相对标准偏差为 0 .11% (n =5 ) ,线性相关系数为 0 .9994。三氯蔗糖的最小检测量在微克级。

Sucralose was quantitatively determined by high performance liquid chromatography with RadPak C18 column,a mixture of CH 3CN-H 2O(15:85,volume ratio)as mobile phase and refraotive index There was a good linear relationship within the range of 5-40μg (r=0 9994)and relative standard deviation was 0 11%(n=5) The detection limit was 2 5 μg The total time for separation and determination was within 12 min The me thod is rapid,simple,accurate and reproducible The method is proposed to be used for quality control of contonts of sucralose
