新世纪对图书馆管理人员业务水平的要求——学习《普通高等学校图书馆规程》(修订)有感

Requirement of the Managers Business Level in the New Century——Thoughts on Studying the Common Academic Library Regulation

经国家教育部修订的《普通高等学校图书馆规程》规定 ,高校图书馆馆长和业务副馆长必须具有高级专业技术职称或具有硕士以上学位 ,作者对此谈了学习体会 ,并结合不同时期馆长、副馆长任职的现状 ,提出了加强图书馆领导班子业务建设的合理化建议。

The Common Academic Library Regulation which is revised by the Ministry of Education requires that the academic library's curator and vice-curator of business should have senior professional title or above academic degree of Master. Studying this regulation and combining the curator and vice-curator posting situation in the different period, the reasonable recommendation about reinforcing the library leader's business construction is put forward in this paper.
