大鼠脑视前区性双形核突触组成的雌雄差别

摘要 本文用透射电镜,观察了雌雄大鼠脑视前区性双形核中突触的组成。结果表明,雌雄大鼠在突触组成上有明显的性差异:1.突触总数和占总数绝大比例的轴-树(干)突触数,雄性皆大于雌性2倍。2.轴-棘突触数,雌性高于雄性4.6倍。3.含有清亮小泡和混合小泡的棘突触以及Gray Ⅰ型和 Gray Ⅱ型棘突触数,雌性都高于雄性,但雄性的 Gray Ⅱ/Gray Ⅰ比值高于雌性2.4倍。4.含有清亮小泡的干突触数,雄性高于雌性,但含有混合小泡的干突触数,雌雄间无明显差异。5.Gray Ⅰ型干突触数,雌雄间无明显差异,但 Gray Ⅱ型干突触数,雄性大于雌性2.7倍。 The synaptic organization of the sexually dimorphic nucleus of the preoptic area(SDN-POA)of male and female rats were examined with electron micro- scope.The results indicated that the synaptic pattern of SDN-POA showed significant sexual dimorphism:1.The numbers of total and shaft synapses which occupied the vast majority of total synapse were 2 times greater in male than in female.2.The number of spine synapse of the female was 4.6 times greater than that of the male.3.In female,either the numbers of spine synapse with clear and mixed synaptic vesicles or the numbers of symmetrical and asymmetrical spine synapses were markedly higher than in male.In contrast,the ratio of Gray Ⅱ to Gray Ⅰ was 2.4 times larger in male than in female.4.The number of shaft synapse with clear vesicle was greater in male than in female.In both sexes,however,the significant difference in the number of shaft synapse with mixed vesicle was not found.5.There was no significant sexual difference in the number of asymmetrical shaft synapse,while the number of symmetrical shaft synapse was 2.7 times greater in male than in female.
