摘要
素质教育实施成败的关键在于教师素质,寻找一种符合时代精神的教师培训模式,是教育研究工作者非常关注的。文章从行动研究、建构主义、思维结构理论以及教师教学监控能力等基本理论对“可视个案研究培训模式”的科学性作进一步的理论分析。
The key to the enforcement of the quality-oriented lies in the teachers' qualities, so it is worth paying attention to find a kind of the teachers' training pattern in accordance with the spirit of the times. On the basic theories of action research, constructivism, thinking construction and the teachers' teaching-regulated ability , this paper makes a further theoretical analyze analyse scientifically about the training pattern of video case study.
