摘要
针对液力反馈原理的新型空心杆采油工艺的特点 ,在理论分析的基础上 ,考虑液体运动、空心杆柱受力等因素的影响 ,完成了液力反馈型空心杆采油管柱力学分析 ,建立了空心杆采油的二维数学模型。在不同泵径、泵深、冲程、冲次、密度和含水率条件下 ,对液力反馈空心杆采油工艺系统进行了工况预测 ,分析了这些参数对系统的影响。
The working properties of hollow rod pumping system developed on the basis of hydraulic feedback principle were analyzed. The dynamics analysis on the sucker rod string of pumping system was made, and 2D mathematical models for predicting the performance of hollow rod pumping system were established, in consideration of dynamics of fluid column and the hollow sucker rod string. The models have been used to predict the running status of the pumping system under the different conditions of pump diameter, pump stroke, pump speed, water cut and fluid density. The results show that those parameters have some effects on the loading of the hollow rod pumping system.
