摘要
文章研究了以乙二醇为萃取剂间歇萃取提纯乙醇的过程 ,得出溶剂回收阶段塔釜乙二醇浓度达到 10 0 %时所对应的塔釜温度 ;比较了溶剂比及回流比对产品浓度的影响 。
We studied the purifying process of ethanol by extractive batch distillation using glycol as agent in this paper,measuring the temperature of the liquid in the still when the glycol become pure in the still.We compared the influence of proportion of solvent to the feed and reflux ratio on the pure degree of product,analyz and proposed the best operation operating condition.
