摘要
铜硬钎焊技术是国际铜业协会开发的新型铜热交换器生产工艺,它采用新型铜合金材料,钎焊温度为620~635℃,钎焊材料不含铅,是一项环保型生产工艺。铜硬钎焊热交换器与传统的热交换器相比,具有更高的强度和耐腐蚀性,在同等条件下,与铝热交换器相比,其散热效率更高,更能适应恶劣的工作环境,是替代现有热交换器的理想产品。
CuproBraze technology is a new process for copper heat exchangers developed by International Copper Association.It adopts a new type copper alloy with a brazing temperature of 620~635 ℃.Lead is not used as braze material,which is a green process.Compared with the traditional heat exchangers,CuproBraze heat exchangers are better on intensity and corrosion resistance.Under the same conditions,CuproBraze heat exchangers have higher efficiency of heat dissipation and are more suitable to worse work environment than aluminum heat exchangers.It is a ideal substitute for current heat exchangers.
