摘要 由肝细胞合成的凝血酶原通过内源和外源激活途径在远离其合成的地点形成凝血酶,发挥广泛的生理和病理学效应.近十年来的研究表明,凝血酶已不单纯是血液凝固系统的核心酶,它具有十分重要的非凝血性功能,即对细胞产生生物学效应,这种效应部分是通过凝血酶受体引发的[1].
