论述了国外海军网络战的发展与结构、CEC系统的发展 ,以及支持这些发展的信息技术 。
This paper discuss the development and structure of abroad naval forces network warfare,the development of the CEC sytem and the information technology which sustain this decelopment,put forward the development idea of our CEC system and make suggestions about the development of CEC system of our naval force
