CMTD晶体的二维核叠层生长现象

摘要 在用原子力显微镜对有机非线性光学晶体CdHg(SCN)_4(H_6C_OS)_2(CMTD)的研究过程中,发现了一种单二维核叠层生长现象,即整个晶体由一个二维核叠层生长丘发展而成。这种生长现象无法用经典的二维核模型解释,于是给出另一种二维核生长模型——二维核叠层模型(terraced nuclear model)。二维核叠层模型是传统二维核晶体生长模型的补充。 During the research on the CdHg(SCN)4(H6C2OS)2(CMTD) crystals using atomic force microscopy (AFM), we found a growth phenomenon with mono-terraced nuclear model. Namely the crystal was developed with only one terraced nuclear protuberance. This growth phenomenon cannot be explained by the classic two-dimensional nuclear growth models. So we present a new terraced nuclear model for the complement of the classic crystal growth models.
