利用扫描电镜研究PPLN的蚀刻表面

摘要 报道了用环境扫描电子显微镜观察到的蚀刻PPLN晶体的表面特征,得到的图像显示出由高压电场极化引起的PPLN表面的变化,表明极化电场不仅使晶体内部铁电畴的自发极化方向发生反转,而且改变了晶体的微观结构。 Some novel amplified images of PPLN etched surface were observed by environment scanning electronic microscope ( ESEM). These images reveal a lot of characters of PPLN crystal induced by high electric field poling. They illustrate that high electric field can not only backswitch the spontaneous polarization direction of ferroelectric domain in LiNbQ3, but also change the microstructure of the crystal.
