钒酸盐系列激光晶体制备和性能研究 被引量:2

摘要 用提拉法生长了Nd:YVO_4,Nd:GdVO_乙,Nd:Gd_xLa_(叭-x)VO_4(x=O.8,0.6,0.45)系列晶体,对影响晶体质量的因素进行了分析,测量了几种晶体的结构和晶胞常数;测量了Nd:YVO_4,Nd:GdVO_4,Nd:Gd_(0.8)La_(0.2)VO_4和Nd:Gd_(0.6)La_(0.4)VO_4晶体的室温吸收谱和荧光谱,用LD泵浦Nd:YVO_4,Nd:GdVO_4,Nd:Gd_(0.8)La_(0.2)VO_4晶体,实现了1.06μm和1.34μm的激光输出。 Nd:YVO4, Nd:GdVO4 and Nd:GdxLa1-xVO4(x = 0.8,0.6,0.45) series crystals were grown by the Czochralski method, and some factors influencing the quality of crystal were also discussed. The lattice constants of these crystals were measured. The absorption and fluorescence spectra of these crystals at room temperature were measured. The laser outputs of Nd: YVO4, Nd: GdVO4 and Nd: Gd0.8La0.2VO4 crystal at 1.06μm and 1.34μm were demonstrated when these crystals were pumped by a LD.
