摘要
研究了HIPS/纳米TiO_2复合材料的加工流动性、力学性能、吸光行为及抗菌性能。结果表明,当纳米TiO_2含量为0.5%~2.0%时,HIPS/纳米TiO_2复合材料的加工流动性优于纯HIPS;复合材料的冲击强度略有提高,拉伸强度、断裂伸长率及弯曲强度均有一定程度的降低;当纳米TiO_2含量为1.0%左右时,复合材料制品的表面具有良好的紫外光吸收能力,较好的抗菌、分解内毒素作用及一定的表面自清洁功能。
The rheology behaviour, mechanical property, light absorption property and anti-bacterium effect were investigated. The results showed that when the content of nano-TiO2 was between 0. 5% to 2. 0% , the rheology property of the HIPS/nano-TiO2 composite was better than pure HIPS system, while the impact strength increased a bit, the tensile strength and flexural strength decreased remarkably. The HIPS/nano-TiO2 composite with about 1.0% nano-TiO2 showed good UV absorption ability, well effect of anti-bacterium, endotoxin decomposition and self-cleanliness.
