摘要
利用凝胶渗透色谱仪、核磁共振波谱仪、差示扫描量热仪分别对使用国产催化剂YS-842、进口催化剂在本体连续聚合工艺(FYPOL)装置上生产的聚丙烯(PP)共聚物进行了性能分析和结构表征,发现YS-842催化剂能使PP分子量分布加宽。2种催化剂生产的PP具有相近的序列结构分布和热性能。由于YS-842催化剂具有较好的共聚性能,所以PP的某些力学性能甚至超过进口催化剂聚合产品,表明YS-842催化剂在PPHYPOL装置上能完全替代进口催化剂。
Performance analysis and structure characterization of copolymer polypropylene (PP) produced by HYPOL process through appling catalyst (YS-842, made in China) and imported catalyst were conducted through GPC,13C-NMR and DSC seperatively.The results indicate that PP produced by YS-842 has broader molecular weight distribution. Sequence distribution as well as heat performance of both catalysts are similar. Due to the good property of copolymerization of YS-842, some mechanical properties of catalysts have exceeded the specification of the imported one so that YS-842 can substitute for the imported one in the process of HYPOL in some aspects.
