简要叙述了线型低密度聚乙烯装置催化剂制备过程,对影响催化剂形态的因素如镁粉粒度分布、松密度、氧化镁含量等进行了精确控制,保证了催化剂良好的重复性,有利于高质量地完成聚合操作。

The catalyst manufacture process on linear low density polyehtylene(LLDPE) plant is briefly described in this article. The factors affecting the morphology of catalyst, such as Mg powder particle size distribution, bulk and the content of MgO are precisely controlled. The good repeatability of the catalyst can be achieved as well as high quality polymerization operation.
