摘要 介绍了球罐焊缝超声波探伤过程中仪器和探头的选择方法、探头入射点及探头前沿距离的测定及声程的确定方式,特别对缺陷波的判别及缺陷性质、大小和位置的确定提出了详尽的方法。并且根据经验对焊缝实际缺陷的超声波特性进行了总结。 The selection methods of instruments and measuring heads, decisions of the incidence of measuring heads, the range of ultrasonic wave and testment of the distance from the measuring heads to the surface of checked weld in the process of the ultrasonic flaw deletion for the weld of spherical tank are drscribed in this paper. The methods of judgement of the defective wave and determination of the character, measure and location of defect are put forward. This article makes a good summary about the character of practical defect using the ultrasonic flaw detection according to the accumulating practical experiences.
