介绍了100 kt/a裂解炉引风机采用交流变频调速器的实现思路及实际控制系统结构,分析了运行中曾经出现的问题(如对电脑画面产生干扰、电网波动造成停机等)及其产生的原因,并提出了相应的解决方法。
The variable voltage variable frequency (VVVF) applied on the cracking heater induced draft fan in 100 kt/a in Chemical Works No.1, Beijing Yanshan Petrochemical Co., Ltd. is described involved in its realizing thought and its structure of practical control system. The problem happened during the operation and the countermeasures are presented in detail, such as tampering to computer screen, and shutting off by wire fluctuation.
