摘要
对生产超级压光纸所用的低游离度TMP纸浆进行了H2O2漂白实验。研究表明:H2O2漂白能 提高低游离度TMP的强度性能,如抗张强度,耐破度和零距抗张强度,漂白过程中所形成的阴离子垃 圾与H2O2用量几乎成正比。
Peroxide bleaching is an essential operation to produce value-added mechanical pulp-base paper grades. In this paper, results of peroxide bleaching of low-freeness TMP used as the furnish of SC paper were presented. The strength properties of the pulp such as tensile, burst and zero-span tensile were improved after the peroxide bleaching. The amount of anionic trashes formed during the bleaching process was almost proportional to the hydrogen peroxide charge.
