通脉活血灵胶囊对大鼠实验性高脂血症的影响

EFFECT OF TONG MAI HUO XUE LING CAPSULE ON EXPERIMENTAL HYPERLIPEMIA IN RATS

目的：观察通脉活血灵胶囊对大鼠高脂血症的影响，并探讨其疗效。方法：采用高脂饲料造成实验性高脂血症大鼠模型。实验组给予药物治疗，测定各组动物血脂、血流变性、血小板聚集功能及过氧化脂质（ＭＤＡ） 含量。结果：通脉活血灵胶囊能降低血脂，改善血流变，抑制血小板聚集，明显降低过氧化脂质。结论：通脉活血灵胶囊对实验性大鼠高脂血症有防治作用。

AIM To study the therapeutic effects of Tong Mai Huo Xue Ling Capsule (TMHXL) on hyperlipemiai in rats.METHODS Forty male,SD rats were randomized into four groups:control group,fed with common diet for 8 weeks;Hypercholesterolemia group(HC),TMHXL high dose(TH) and TMHXL low dose group (TS) fed with 2% cholesterol and 10% lard diet for 8 weeks;In TH and TS grougs,different dose of TMHXL were given for 8 weeks.Serum levels of triglyceride (TG),total cholesterol (TC) and lipid peroxide (MDA) were measured at the 8th week.Hemorrheology and the function of platelet aggregation were also evaluated at the 8th week.RESULTS TMHXL could redue the levels of serum TG,TC and MDA.It could also inhibited the aggregation function of platelet and modified hemorrheology.CONCLUSION TMHXL has the experimental effect therapeutil on hyperlipemia in rats.
