HPLC法测定酮康唑洗剂的含量

HPLC DETERMINATION OF KETOCONAZOLE IN LOTION

目的：用ＨＰＬＣ法测定酮康唑洗剂中酮康唑的含量。方法：固定相：ＲＰ－ Ｃ１８ 柱，流动相：８０％ 甲醇（ 含０ ．０５％ 三乙胺），检测波长２４４ｎｍ 。结果：酮康唑浓度在４０～１２０μｇ·ｍｌ－ １范围内。线性关系良好，ｒ ＝ ０．９９９８。平均回收率９８．３ ％ ， ＲＳＤ ＝０ ．７３％ 。日内、日间差均小于２％ 。结论：本法可用于酮康唑洗剂的质量控制。

AIM To establish a HPLC method for the determination of ketoconazole in lotion.METHOD The reversed C 18 column was used. The mobile phase consisted of methanol-water(80:20)with 500μg triethanolamine.Detectlve wave was 244nm.RESULTS The linear range was from 40 to 120μg·ml -1 ,r=0.9998.The average recovery was 98.3% with RSD=0.73%.CONCLUSION The method can be used in the determination of ketoconazole in lotion.
