高效液相色谱法测定消炎灌肠液中盐酸小檗碱和盐酸巴马汀的含量

DETERMINATION OF BERBERIME AND PALMATINE IN LIQUID XIAOYANGGUANCHANG BY HPLC

目的：ＨＰＬＣ法测定消炎灌肠液中盐酸小檗碱、盐酸巴马汀的含量。方法：采用ＨＰＬＣ法，以盐酸小檗碱、盐酸巴马汀为定量指标，测定消炎灌肠液中上述二成分的含量。结果：盐酸小檗碱和盐酸巴马汀的加样回收率分别为１００－３２ ％ ，ＲＳＤ＝０－６５％ 和１００－８９％ ，ＲＳＤ＝０－７０％ 。结论：该法简便快速，重现性好。

AIM The contents of Berberine hydrochloric and Palmatine hydrochloric in Liquid Xiaoyanguanchang were determined by means of the HPLC method.METHOD The Shim-Pack CLC-ODS C 18 column (6 0mm×150mm) was used The mobile phase were consisted of acetonitrile-water(47:53),polassium dihydrogen phosphate 7 84g·L -1 and sodium laurylsulfatel.7g·L -1 .The detection wavelength hav 265nm,and the tlow rate was 1 0ml·min -1 .RESULT the recovery rate of Berberine and ralmatine in Linquid Xiaoyan-guanchang were 100 32%(RSD=0 65%) and 100 89%(RSD=0 70%).respectively.CONCLUSION the method is simple,rapid and the result is stable,which can be used to control the quality of Liquid Xiaoyanguanchang.
