火焰光度法测定口服补液盐Ⅱ中总钠和钾的含量

DETERMINATION OF TOTAL SODIUM AND POTASSIUM IN ORAL REHYDRATION SALTS Ⅱ WITH THE FLAME PHOTOMETRY METHODS

目的：测定口服补液盐Ⅱ中总钠、钾的含量。方法：火焰光度法。结果：氯化钾在１ ～５μｇ·ｍｌ－１ 、氯化钠在２－５ ～１２－５μｇ·ｍｌ－１ 范围内，读数与其浓度呈良好线性关系，平均回收率分别为：９９－２％ 和９８－５ ％ ，ＲＳＤ分别为１－４１ ％ 和１－６３ ％ 。结论：方法简便、快速、准确。

AIM To determine the total sodium and potassium in oral rehydration saltsⅡ.METHODS Flame photometry.RESULTS The calibration curves were linear in the range of 1～5μg·ml -1 ,for potassium chloride and 2 5～12 5μg·ml -1 ,for sodium chloride.The average recoveries of potassium chloride and sodium chloride were 99 2% RSD=1 41% and 98 5% RSD=1 63%,respectively.CONCLUSION This method was found to be simple,quick and accurate for simultaneous determination of all sodium and potassium in oral rehydration saltsⅡ.
