摘要
目的：建立高效液相色谱法测定复方西咪替丁胶囊的含量。方法：外标峰面积法。结果：在进样量５ ～２０μｇ·ｍｌ－１范围内有良好的线性关系，标准曲线回归方程为：Ｙ＝１８２ ０１９．９８Ｘ－ ９６７ ．８，ｒ ＝ ０．９９９ ２ 。
AIM A rapid method for the separation and determination of Cimetidinum in chinese herbs Capsulae-Co by reversed phase highperforman liquid chromatography was reported.METHODS An YWGC 18 colum (4.6×250mm) with CH 3 OH-NaAC(10∶1) as themobile phase and detectedat 320nm.RESULTS Good linearity was obtained intherange of 5～20μg.CONCLUSION With regresive quation of the calibration curve.Y=182 019.98X-967.80 r=0.999 2
