双五合剂的研制及质量标准

PREPARATION AND QUALITY CONTROL OF SHUANGWU MIXTURE

目的：研究双五合剂的制备和质量控制方法。方法：根据中药制剂原理，提取有效成分，制成口服制剂。用高效液相色谱法研究质量控制方法。结果：制剂稳定，可控，疗效达９０％ 。结论：制备工艺简便、可靠，质检方法快速、可行，临床疗效肯定。

AIMTo study the preparation and quality control of Shuangwu mixture.METHODS The oral preparation was made with extracted effective substances according to the principles of traditional Chinese medicine,and HPLC was used for qualify control.RESULTS The mixture was stable and the clinical effectiveness was over 90%.CONCLUSION The preparation technology is reliable and simple.The method of quality control is rapid and available.The clinical effectiveness is sure.
