高效液相色谱法测定顽痹通胶囊中士的宁的含量

DETERMINATION OF STRYCHNINE IN WANBITONG CAPSULES BY HPLC

目的：建立测定顽痹通胶囊中士的宁含量的高效液相色谱法。方法：采用高效液相色谱法。以ＺＯＲＢＡＸＲＸ－ ＳＩＬ（１５０ｍｍ ×４．６ｍｍ ５μｍ） 为色谱柱；流动相：正已烷－ 二氯甲烷－ 甲醇－ 浓氨水（２７０∶２７０∶２０∶１．７）；检测波长：２５４ｎｍ ；流速：１．０ｍｌ·ｍｉｎ－１ 。结果：士的宁的加样回收率为９７．８２％ ，ＲＳＤ为１．８５％（ ｎ ＝ ５）。结论：该方法准确、灵敏度高，重现性好。

AIM To establish a high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method for determination of strychnine in wanbitong capsules.METHODS Silica gel was used as the stationary phase,n-hexane-dichloromethane-methanol-ammonia(270∶270∶20∶1.7)as the mobile phase,with detection wavelength at 254nm and the flow rate of 1.0ml per minute.RESULTS The mean recovery of strychnine in wanbitong capsules was 97.82% and RSD was 1.85%.CONCLUSION This method was reliable and accurate.
