摘要
目的 :研究消痤灵颗粒体外抑菌作用及对痤疮模型的疗效。方法 :用琼脂倾注平板法测定消痤灵颗粒体外MIC、MIC50 、MBC和MBC50 ,用内耳廓皮内注射丙酸杆菌建立大鼠耳廓炎症痤疮模型 ,观察用药前后痤疮模型的大体及镜下改变。结果 :消痤灵颗粒抑制体外金黄色葡萄球菌 (金葡菌 )、白色葡萄球菌 (白葡菌 )及丙酸杆菌的生长 ,减轻或消除大鼠耳廓痤疮模型的炎性肿胀。结论
AIM To investigate effects of Xiaocuoling granulated preparation on bacteriostasis and treatment of a acne model.METHODS With the falt plate method of agar touring, MIC,MIC 50 ,MBC,MBC 50 in vitro were determined and with the establishment of the acne model by intradermal injection of Propionibac-terium into inner auricles of rats,the changes of the model in the generaland under the microscope were observed.RESULTS Xiocuoling inhibits the growth of staphylococcus aureus,Staphylococcus albus and Propionibacterium in vitro and relieves the swelling of the ears of the model.CONCLUSION Xiocuoling granulated preparation have the effects of bacteriostasis and prevention and cure on acne
